You can delete your Deadlanes account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Deadlanes and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Overview → ACCOUNT.
3. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm twice.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email (if you can't sign in)

Send a request to [email protected] with the subject Delete my Deadlanes account, from the email address on the account. If you signed up with Apple or Google, tell us which, and the callsign you play under. We'll confirm the request from that address and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your authentication record (email, password hash, or Apple/Google sign-in link)
• Your player profile, callsign, commander level, reputation and progression
• Ships, inventory, blueprints, knowledge, territory and guild membership
• Push-notification tokens
• Server-side purchase entitlements
• Authorship of your chat messages and feedback reports

What is kept, and for how long

• Aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example "day-3 retention") — kept indefinitely, because they no longer describe you.
• Event and action logs that reference your former player id — pruned on the normal schedule, about 90 days.
• Apple and Google transaction records — held by them under their own policies; we cannot delete those.
• Records we're legally required to keep, such as abuse reports that led to enforcement — for as long as the law requires.
