DEADLANESBETA

Support

Deadlanes · operated by S3 Innovations · [email protected]

Deadlanes is in closed beta and run by a very small team. The Discord is usually the fastest way to get help. Use email for anything that shouldn't be public, like account problems, purchases or privacy requests.

Contact

  • Email: [email protected]. We aim to answer within two business days.
  • Discord: discord.gg/wR8E6QhyPg. Patch notes, questions and the developers answering them.
  • Bug reports: the bug form (about 30 seconds), or the in-app FEEDBACK button in the nav menu. That button also records which screen you were on.

Installing the beta

  • iPhone: install TestFlight from the App Store, then open the TestFlight link and tap Accept → Install.
  • Android: open the Android beta page, follow the steps to become a tester, then install from the Play Store. It can take a few minutes to appear after opting in.
  • Play in landscape. Your build number is at the bottom of the nav menu. Please include it in any report.

Account

  • Can't sign in? New accounts have to confirm their email first. Check spam for a message from [email protected]. The sign-in screen has a resend link. Sign in with Apple or Google also works if you signed up that way.
  • Delete your account: in the app, Profile → Overview → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT (two-step confirm), or follow the steps on the account deletion page.
  • Your data: what we collect and why is on the privacy policy. Email us for a copy of your data or any other privacy request.

Purchases

Apple and Google process all in-app purchases. Refunds go through them: Apple refund requests · Google Play refund requests. If a purchase was charged but nothing arrived in-game, email us with the platform and transaction date and we will restore it.

Reporting another player

Long-press a chat message to report it. To mute someone, open the roster and block them. Serious issues like harassment, cheating or exploits can also go straight to email. Please include the callsign and, if you have one, a screenshot.

Known beta limitations

  • Art and audio are unfinished in places. Some screens still show placeholder assets.
  • Notification quiet hours run on UTC time.
  • Balance is still being tuned. A galaxy-wide season reset can happen at any time.
